Self-Referring & Self-Pay Patients who require a second opinion are welcome to discuss their requirements with our resident oral surgeon before having a CT scan. Most patients, who approach us directly, usually want a second opinion after the implant treatment they have received at another clinic has not resulted as expected. Many scanning centres don’t have qualified dentists on the premises, so therefore cannot legally give professional advice. (There is no charge for a second opinion)
